Blank Library

Being as flexible as possible, Mayka Dental manages many different kinds of blanks with specific geometries from different material producers and suppliers. Parametric disks and cubes are managed as well as importing custom blank holders from your own supplier’s 2D/3D files.

Mayka dental safely and easily guides you through sprue placement. Just click from the top view and sprues will be created directly in the best position. Sprues can be easily created in order to reduce sintering distorsion. Each created sprue remains fully editable.      

Traceability

Reference engraving allows you to quickly and clearly identify produced parts. Thanks to the additionnal-reporting feature, identifying and tracking dentures is very easy.

Connectors

No need to draw anything, Mayka Dental can automatically generate your connectors. Simply choose the most appropriate shape to avoid distorsion during the sintering of your zirconia.

Block-height optimization

Mayka Dental allows you to incline the dentures so they perfectly fit within the block. Milling will automatically be made with the correct tool inclination, to compensate the angle with respect the insertion axis.

Template Edition

This features real time modification of any parameters. It is mainly used by system integrators and CNC manufacturers to optimize the software and the machine.

Model Milling

Thanks to intraoral scanners, it is now possible to create 3D designs without dental impression. With Mayka Dental, you can easily produce a standrad resin model in order to control the denture production. Your CNC can reproduce both parts of the upper and lower jaws for the positioning platforms.       

5-axis continous milling

For each selected area, Mayka Dental dump recognizes insertion axis and undercuts to produce the correct fitting surfaces. Checking the machines capabilities first, Mayka Dental applies continous 5-axis milling toolpaths to guarantee the ultimate results you demand.

Implants

Mayka Dental observes all the necessary data to find the most efficient milling strategy. The software detects all implant axis, seating of the screw, drilling depths, horizontal and vertical areas, so the user does not have to worry about a thing.

Mayka SDK (software development kit) is a PicaSoft development platform for CAD software designers. It enables the integration of our existing milling technologies into their CAD software, so that the final user has one interface only, for both the CAD construction and CAM production.
